We will have the entire lodge for just hashers with the closest neighbor across the road. The lodge has 110 brand new rooms and 52 wonderfully renovated rooms, the only micro brewery in Winter Park, indoor swimming pool and two hot tubs with spectacular views of the ski area, sauna, exercise facilities, game room, in-room movies, and more. The hotel has agreed to four in a room without an extra charge. The hotel is 67 miles from Denver (approx one hour and a half) and about two and a half-hours from Colorado Springs.
 
Some activities other than hashing include golf at one of Colorado's best public golf courses, mountain biking on one of 600 miles of terrain and gold medal fishing on some of the best natural waters in the state. 
 
What do you get you ask? Meals Friday (1), Saturday (2), Sunday (2), Monday (1) and of course the famous hashing munchies. Beverages beer, soft drinks, adult breakfast libations. Working on the freebies, but of course, they will be great. Also working on the schedule of hash events, which will include Friday night welcome party, Saturday and Sunday hash trails, and Monday hangover hash.

Registrations are limited to 300, so an early registration will guarantee you a spot. No one can register for a room until you have registered for the event. Some rooms at the hotel are in prime locations on a first come-first serve basis. After you send in your money along with the registration fee, a confirmation letter with your registration number - will be sent to you. You will then, be able to register at the hotel.
